Tuesday 21st April – 10.00am-12.00pm Dr Karen Ward The Secrets of Ageless Ageing
Let Karen take you by the hand on a voyage of self discovery with sound practical advice and a common sense approach to the inevitablity that is growing older. Her wise and witty touch is both humorous with a profoundity that touches at truths that lie deep within, from her best-selling book The Secrets of Ageless Ageing.
4.30-5.30pm – Dr Karen Ward Spring Rejuvenating Relaxation and Mindful Meditation
This very popular session will have you floating in joyful bliss after this wonderful deeply relaxing and highly informative experiential workshop which includes Yoga breathing and visualisation. Karen will teach you how to bring these simple techniques home to practise safely each day.
Wednesday 22nd April – 10.00am – 12.00pm John Cantwell Spring Into Your Flow Of Health
Accompany John for a morning of renewal and discovery of how Springtime is the perfect season for new relationship with our health. He will explain how the energies of Spring give us the ideal time to grow our relationship with our health so that we are stress-free and more present for our wellbeing.
4.30pm – 5.30pm John Cantwell Nature’s Cure And Healing – Take an outdoor adventure this afternoon, with John, to hear traditional Irish ways of connection, movement, stillness using our senses that bring calm, wisdom and rejuvenation. Refresh your holistic health with gentle effective practices in nature empowering you to greater self-care and vitality.

Drawing on her 20-year journey of healing from an eating disorder, alongside her background as a Food Scientist, Clara blends lived experience with professional expertise to offer a compassionate yet practical approach.
