We are thrilled to introduce our new Head Chef for La Marine, Michael Gaul! With an impressive background and a passion for culinary excellence, Michael is set to bring a fresh wave of flavour to La Marine Bistro.

Michael’s journey with Kelly’s began as an apprentice with the KCETB, where he honed his skills and ignited his love for the art of cooking. Following his studies, he embarked on a culinary adventure, spending a transformative year at the renowned Campagne Restaurant in Kilkenny.

Now, Michael returns to Kelly’s, ready to infuse La Marine with his creativity, expertise, and dedication to creating superb dishes. With his innovative approach and commitment to quality, we have no doubt that Michael will elevate the dining experience at La Marine Bistro in Rosslare to new heights.
