Prior to assuming his role at Kelly’s Resort Hotel, he acquired invaluable international experience in renowned culinary destinations such as Belgium, Switzerland, France, and Roscoff’s in Belfast. Celebrity Chef & Professional chef Eunice Power has over twenty years experience in the food industry. Her hands-on approach to cooking has won her a loyal fan base, most of all in Dungarvan, Co.Waterford where she has run a successful catering business since 2001. Eunice is committed to helping people get the most out of good ingredients and educating them in eating well. She loves teaching at the Tannery Cooking School, writes for the Irish Times and regularly joins Daithi and Maura on the RTE One Today Show. An avid promoter of food tourism Eunice works with Fáilte Ireland, Tourism Ireland and is a Director of the West Waterford Food Festival.

Witness his talent as he transforms ordinary desserts into masterpieces. Additionally, Stephane holds the position of Head Chef at our renowned establishment, “Kelly’s Café,” located in Wexford.
