Executive Chef of Kelly’s Eugene Callaghan won Roux Brothers “Chef of the Year” award in 1991. He gain invaluable international experience in Belgium, Switzerland, France and at Roscoff’s in Belfast before taking over the role at Kelly’s Resort Hotel. Learn how tasty bistro-style dishes can easily be accomplished at home.
Tuesday & Wednesday: Celebrity Chef Gary O’Hanlon
Gary O’Hanlon award winning celebrity chef, radio and TV broadcaster. He has appeared on many TV shows including Daithi O Sé and Maura Derrane, Martin King & Lucy Kennedy shows. He was also in charge of starters on the hugely popular TV3 series The Restaurant” which is back on TV again.
Thursday : Head Pastry Chef Stephane Rochard at Kelly’s Resort Hotel
Stephane Rochard is a talented French Pastry Chef, who has vast experience from working in France at many gastronomic Restaurants. He will show you his passion for being creative while turning simple desserts into a work of art. Stephane is also Executive Chef in our renowned café “Kelly’s Café” in Wexford.
