WAITER/WAITRESS

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Waiter/Waitress to join our food & beverage team in The Ivy Room. You will provide attentive, welcoming service and help create a memorable and enjoyable atmosphere for all our guests.

From buffet breakfasts to casual lunches, afternoons with coffee and cakes, and family evening dining, The Ivy Room offers a warm, relaxed environment at the centre of our guest experience.

This is a full-time position and must be available midweek & weekend work.

Pay: €13.50 – €15 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm and friendly welcome to guests, ensuring excellent service at all times.
• Assist with breakfast, lunch, afternoon coffee/cake service, and evening family dining.
• Set up, clear, and maintain the restaurant area to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
• Support colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service across all shifts.
• Handle guest queries and requests in a polite and professional manner.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

We are Looking For:

• A genuine “people person” with a friendly and approachable manner.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team in a busy environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
• Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential – full training will be provided.
