Accommodation Assistant – Full Time

Role description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accommodation Assistant to join our housekeeping team. This is a full-time position, working 5 days per week, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction throughout our hotel.
The role is from 7.30am to 4.30pm daily and involves weekend work. The successful candidate will also be requirement to work one evening shift per week.
Pay: €14.00-€15.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standard.
- Change bed linens, replenish towels, and replace guest amenities as required.
- Ensure all areas are maintained in line with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or lost property promptly.
- Work efficiently to meet daily room targets and schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests.
- Always follow hotel procedures for security and confidentiality.

Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (preferred but not essential – training provided).
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work both weekdays and weekends as required.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent guest experiences.
