Kelly’s is renowned for its quality of food in both Beaches Restaurant and La Marine Bistro. Our Executive Chef Eugene Callaghan has over the years shared Kelly’s passion and vision in providing exquisite dishes on his menus.
“For years at Kelly’s we have been buying as much local produce as possible,” says Bill Kelly, “We butcher our own meats, prep all our own vegetables and make all our bread and desserts. We source only the best building a relationship with our suppliers over the years, they too share the same ethos in supplying only the best”.
In keeping with the ethos of Kelly’s, we have sourced some of the best and well-known food suppliers, who have been supplying the hotel over the last number of years.
