AQUA AEROBICS CLASSES
Aqua Aerobics is a low impact exercise class held in the pool. This class has many benefits, including overall fitness, strength, and weight loss. Ideal for those with joint problems, sports injuries and those looking for a change of pace from regular fitness classes. Nicole will be here every Monday & Thursday at 11.00 am in the top pool in the Aqua Club.
Pilates is a form of exercise that concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength, which helps improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to yoga, pilates focuses on posture, balance and flexibility.
Tuesday: 8.30 am with Chivala
Thursday: 9.30 am. with Chivala
