Simon Cullen is an International Instructor and Therapist for Deep tissue and Whole Life Coaching & CST, Raw Food Instructor, Meditation & Mindfulness Coach. His Approach to Wellness and Health stems from his approach to his own life and seeking the best teachings and training globally.

Having run his own practice for 12 years and worked along with The ISHSKO Centre, GAA teams in Galway & Mayo and been part of the team with Research & development of an EU lead initiative program for the EU 50+ seniors Healthy Active Living Life Style. Now brings this wealth of experience to Kelly’s Resort & Spa.

His philosophy is to train while treating, to empower the patient to master their own body and create the perfect day for the perfect life.

What exercise is right for you and what different exercises do for the body and mind. You will be surprised to see how easy it is to get flexible and fit doing small changes to your daily routine each day. We will make it fun to learn.

Over the past 10 years Simon has been developing techniques in meditation and mindfulness.  Using techniques that have helped his clients, this class explores
techniques that are simple and easy to use in day to day life to help bring awareness and clarity of mind.
