Learn what juicing does in the body and how it can help heal the gut and reduce inflammation. Find out if you are hydrated, if not what did you do to cause the dehydration process.

What exercise is right for you and what different exercises do for the body and mind. You will be surprised to see how easy it is to get flexible and fit doing small changes to your daily routine each day. We will make it fun to learn.

Master your mind learn how to control your busy mind with your breath and visualisation techniques.
