Visitors to La Marine Bistro & Bar at Kelly's Hotel Rosslare can see right into the hotel's cellar, "People are well-educated about wine now and interested in it" says Bill Kelly, who reveals that a lot of effort has gone into building up the hotel's cellar and wine list.
We import directly from France and Italy, importing directly from France for over ten years. There is a family connection with one of the wines on the list: Chateauneuf-du-Pape is produced by one of France's top wine-makers Vincent Avril, Bill's Brother-in-Law!
