Gait Analysis: My Sport is a specialist sports retailer dedicated to the needs of runners/walkers and gym users. They conduct Video Gait Analysis which is commonly used in sports biomechanics to help athletes run/walk more efficiently. Join John and the team for a workshop and FREE gait analysis. Wednesday 11am.

Group Swimming Lessons: FREE group swimming lessons with our in-house instructor.
Group Personal Training: Take 30 minutes to talk to a personal trainer to achieve the best from your exercise programme. Special group rates for residents.
Somatic Exercise: a natural, gentle and safe way to end chronic pain, relieve stress and restore freedom of movement. Deirdre will show you some gentle movement pattern that will shift your central nervous system to create new muscular habits. These new habits can alleviate chronic muscle spasms and pain caused by overuse patterns. The exercises are easy and can be performed at home while lying on a mat or a thick carpet. Tuesday 3pm - 4pm.
Nutrition for Sport & Sports Injuries: It has been well established that what a sportsperson eats can effect his/her performance. In 'Nutrition for Health' the importance and benefits of good nutrition will be discussed in relation to both health and sports performance. Thursday 11am - 1pm.
Our in-house physiotherapist, will give a brief explanation of what sports injuries are, the most common types and tips on rehabilitation and injury prevention.
